During our trip to Rome, we visited many places, but the place that sticks out for me is the Vatican.
Going to see the Vatican was an amazing experience because we had the chance to see the museum, church, and all sorts of artifacts that have historical importance.
We first started off touring the museum with our amazing tour guide who explained everything to us in full detail every step of the way. She explained to us the history, the paintings, and what everything meant.
We saw sculptures of Gods and heroes. As we went further into the tour - soaking up the amazing knowledge we heard - we had the chance to be truly immersed in Renaissance Art in Rome.
After we finished the tour of the museum we went into the Church of San Pietro. It was the most beautiful church I’d ever seen. Everything was so pretty and it had many interesting sights too see. The ceiling was beautiful.
It truly was an amazing experience.
